What is this Settlement About?
The United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Circle Stores as well as Mac’s Convenience Stores, LLC (collectively referred to as “Circle K”) have entered into a settlement agreement, which provides a fund for payment to individuals who may have had a medical condition and/or were pregnant during their employment with Circle K. The settlement does not constitute an admission by Circle K of any wrongdoing, and Circle K denies that it engaged in any such conduct or unlawful action.
Who is Qualified for a Payment?
If you are a current or former employee of Circle K who sought a reasonable accommodation such as leave for a disability and/or pregnancy, and were terminated at some period between July 10, 2009, and September 26, 2022, you may be eligible to receive a payment in the settlement.
